The Dial House Promise: We exclusively serve the Canadian market. This focus allows us to
provide dedicated, high-quality service and Free Shipping on every single order across the
country.

1. Processing Times
We know you're excited to receive your order. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business
days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your watch has been carefully inspected and
packed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We keep it simple: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Currently, DIAL HOUSE only ships to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international
shipping at this time, as we prefer to focus our expertise on providing the best possible experience
for our fellow Canadians.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Depending on your location within Canada, transit times typically range from:
Ontario & Quebec: 2-5 business days
Western & Eastern Provinces: 4-7 business days
Northern Territories: 7-12 business days
